Shipping Within Israel: 

  • Home Delivery: Available for 35₪. Free shipping is offered on orders over 600₪.

  • Self-Pickup: Available at no cost from 1 Filon Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo, by prior arrangement.

Delivery Time:
Shipping times range between 3-6 business days (excluding the order date, Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays). Delivery times may vary for Eilat and remote areas.

Returns/Exchanges:

Return & Exchange Options:

  • In-Person (Free): Drop off or exchange your items at 1 Filon Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo, by prior arrangement.

  • Home Return Courier (₪35): A courier will come to your address to collect the package.

  • Home Exchange Courier (₪35): A courier will deliver your new item and collect the return item during the same visit.

 

Important Notes

  • Return Condition: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds: Issued only after inspecting the item's condition. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees, and are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100 (whichever is lower).
